At SUNAWY, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our returns and refund policy for detailed information on our process.
**Return Policy**
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
- Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
- If you ordered by mistake or are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it for a full refund, but you will be responsible for all shipping, restocking, or other charges associated with your order (including a 2% restocking fee).
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us at summerkeffer@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the address we provide via email if your return is accepted.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If you receive the wrong items, please email us with your Order Number, photos of the incorrect item received (with Helmet Retail label), and a screenshot of your Order Detail. We will process this within 2 business days. Do not send the item back until we reply.
- If you receive a damaged item, contact us at summerkeffer@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and will issue a full refund or a replacement once the item is inspected and the damage is confirmed.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
- Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
4. Exchanges:
- We do not accept exchanges unless the items are defective or damaged. Contact us at summerkeffer@gmail.com for assistance with the exchange process for defective or damaged items.
- The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**Refunds**
1. Refund Process:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
2. Refund Limitations:
- Items that have exceeded the return period will not be refunded.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at summerkeffer@gmail.com.
